FSQS is a community of financial institutions, including banks, building societies, insurance companies and investment services, that provides a standard framework to businesses for collecting and managing information across the financial sector.
Hosted on Hellios, the system is an integral part of the sourcing process for any new suppliers to even be considered for new business prospects, with a key aim to ensure any information shared between suppliers, third parties and clients is proportionate to what is being supplied.
The FSQS is mutually beneficial for both buyers and suppliers. For buyers, it reduces admin time by cutting out extensive paperwork and due diligence. Additionally, the Hellios validation means all suppliers listed on the system have undergone thorough auditing in key compliance areas such as IT security, GDPR and fraud to name a few.
For suppliers, FSQS qualification means assurance does not need to be provided every time there is a bid for business, as all information is stored securely in an online supplier platform.
